Flaxseed, Lignans & Gout

There seems to be some confusion about the benefit of flaxseed for gout sufferers. I tried to make it clear on my flaxseed page that, although flaxseed oil is a good source of Omega-3, crushed (milled or ground) flaxseed have the additional benefits of lignans.
